THE APPROACH
Because we wanted complete control over the final product, we developed the caps entirely from scratch rather than using existing blanks. Every detail had to be intentionally determined, including the fabric, crown shape, embroidery colors, materials, and the exact sizing and placement of each element. Those decisions were then translated into a detailed tech pack for the factory so the caps could be produced accurately and consistently.
